  Parking
Please note property doesn’t have dedicated parking space for your car. You can find very limited free or payable spaces in the vicinity of the property with pay-per-hour fees. There’s also a private parking nearby.

  Check-out time
Please kindly note that check out time is before 11:00. On check-out date please put the keys back to safe. There will be a fee for late check out.

  Sleeping Space
Room contains large and comfortable double bed and double sofa bed. Sleeps 4 persons max. There is no space to place an additional bed in the room. If you booked for two persons, we will prepare double bed for you.

How to properly open the beds
Double foldaway bed (on the left) remove cushions and open the bed by pulling the gray tab.

How to properly open the shutter
You will find the electric shutter switch near the kitchen. (See photo)

  Facilities
There are kitchenette facilities in your studio. It is possible to cook your own meals. Note that living and dining space is very limited. There is washing machine in your apartment.

By renting our property through you have agreed to our terms and conditions. NOTE that we reserve right to charge you if apartment will be damaged including any appliances damage and if there will be an unacceptable mess left in Apartment.

Wi-Fi is available in all the areas. Details of the Wi-Fi are displayed on the board in the room. Our Wi-Fi is Fast Unlimited and for Free!
